Sony FX30 Super 35 Cinema Camera

Great video camera for improving your video and cinematography skills. It has a lot of the tools of its big brother, the FX6 but in a compact package. I love the form factor and the fact that it runs cooler with a fan. However, even though it can take pictures, I find that they are nowhere close to what a true hybrid camera can produce. The low light performance is rather poor as well, even at the higher base ISO the shadows get very noisy, very fast.

The Sony FX30 is an amazing camera. It is my b-cam to use in interviews and other settings. Being a Sony user the menus were familiar and i like the new shortcut to basic settings. The color rendition is fabulous. Well worth the price
