DROLET Insert

Well, have had this insert for 2 weeks now, and still sitting in my garage. Arrived with a broken vermiculite baffle, and paint wear spots on the outside. FactoryPure customer service tells me they are in contact with manufacture, (DROLET) but I still have no update/parts to fix this so I can use it. Just in time for this cold spell...

Got the wood stove VERY quickly...was suprised actually. Was packaged well but there was a couple of minor issues with the order. Emailed customer support and they worked with Drolet to have the issues resolved and was again very impressed with how quickly we recieved replacement items from Drolet.
