I love the simple user interface in the Form goggles. It is so easy to select your swim set. Jump in the pool and swim. I don’t need my watch to track my distance and pace. I don’t have to count laps and remember what sets I’m doing. You can see exactly what you need inside the goggles and focus on the skills to improve your swimming. Thanks.

They’ve become an essential part of my swim

I’ve been using From 1 goggles for a few years with premium subscription and they have become an essential part of my swimming kit. Training plans, guided workouts and the head coach feature have been a game changer for me. Head coach has isolated weaknesses in my freestyle technique and taken some of the guesswork out of trying to improve. The goggles are very accurate and I seldom miss or add a lap. When they do it is because I have done something to make them think I am still swimming such as moving them at the end of a lap to adjust something. I sometimes get butterfly registering as breaststroke but I think that is my poor butterfly technique. I have used the open water swim straight feature a few times and it work well. Nice to be able to take a few more strokes before sighting. I don’t have a compatible watch so cannot comment on tracking gps distance. I find the standard form 1 eye seals uncomfortable in long swims but have changed them to the form 2 eye seals which are much more comfortable and seal better. The only grip I have had is the goggles tend to fail after a year or so. If. Each time Form have sent me a replacement pair so customer care has been excellent.
