Hi. I am sorry I have taken so long to reply. I have recently been unwell and just trying to keep everything together. Better now. I am very happy with my sweatshirt but I did find the size charts confusing. I had to have it taken in. The t-shirt was fine at size M. I ordered 3 t-shirts yesterday in size M and I look forward to receiving them. I was also very pleased, last time, with how quickly the order arrived. (Not a lot happens quickly here in Italy!) I bought 3 sweatshirts, all of which I love and are really great quality. They arrived within a few days of ordering. Unfortunately I noticed a small mark on one of them, and got in touch with customer service. I got really swift response and, after sending in a photo, a replacement was sent out to me straight away. This arrived within a couple of days and is perfect.
