High Waisted Joggers Caribbean Blue

Love the material and the pockets, and basically almost everything about these scrub pants-- but the waist is huge on me while the hips and thigh portion fit perfectly. I wish the waist was about 4 inches smaller so that I wouldn't have this bulky bunching happening when I tighten these pants :( Maybe in the future I'll try a size down, but I don't want the hips and thighs to be too tight - For reference I usually wear 3X in scrubs, and my waist is 38" (or 40" if I'm bloated lol) and my hips are 54"

Please send me label to return the pant scrub, is too small . I need to change to larger size
