Great customer service

The shoes are excellent and comfortable. Due to an error on the website's sizing chart, I was sent the wrong US size. I had no trouble reaching a human on the phone and was sent the right size, as well as the option of returning both pairs with the enclosed paid shipping label if neither fit. I'm very satisfied!
