Vertix Pico 5 Needle Sample Box

I ordered the sample cartridge pack of 5. They are not labeled on each individual cartridge, so I don’t know which is which. I called customer service because I assumed they would be able to look up the vin number listed on the back of each cartridge and tell me but they didn’t have that capability. So they recommended I email and send a picture to customer service, that’s been 3 days ago and still zero help 🤷🏻‍♀️. I have 5 cartridges but no clue what each one is.
