Omega -7 Complete is great....

I have used Seabuck Wonders Omega-7 capsules for a number of years and love it. The capsules are small , easy to swallow and have no off putting taste or odor. A holistic practitioner recommended I take omegas for their anti-inflammatory benefits. I found these and haven't looked back... (I have also tried the liquid dropper version of this product and like it as well). I was almost out of Omega-7 when I visited the store and was happy to discover them in a 120 ct as I had only seen the smaller quantity at other places, The anti-inflammatory benefit works for me - bonus is they're also good for skin. They help my skin not be dry and makes it smoother and brighter. Will keep taking these.
