Overall good product. Would buy again.

The module works as it should. The plug/play install was exactly that - disconnect the factory wiring, plug the module harness into the vehicle connection, and plug the factory harness back into the module harness. Install took well over an hour due to the tight spaces and because the instructions didn’t do a great job of showing where the door lock connection was on the passenger side…it’s tucked WAY back and around a corner btw. Overall, good product and a much easier install than having to tap/splice a cheaper option in. Good job guys.

Easy to install, works great

Everything was plug and play, all the instructions were easy to follow. I got itt installed in about 2 hours and it has been nice to have a remote start for this cold winter! The only gripe I have is that it would be nice to have a tap included in the kit for the vehicles that need to tap into the auto-light function.

Works well but instructions could be better.

I ordered this for my 2008 GX470 which is my wife's daily driver. There are several pros to this kit. It is well made, well packaged, and connections straight forward. Communication by email pre-order was excellent and I was also sent the instructions in pdf format. The only con really is the instructions. This is the first time I have ever installed a remote and it would have been nice if there was a video or more guidance (ie step by step how to undo some of the electrical connections vs. a statement that just told me to undo the connections). If I was going to do it again it would take me less than an hour. A few notes: 1) Make sure you have picks for electrical connections 2) The connection on the passenger side is a pain; just take your time. 3) If you are wondering where to put the module, I did find a nice place on the firewall to velcro it on.
