Small Batch Baking arrived quickly after I placed my order! At the beginning of the book, I was given lots of advice on small batch basics. (Baking 101). This is wonderful for gift giving. The dessert recipes are scaled down for 4 to 6 servings. There is also a wide variety of dessert options, plus breads and biscuits! I am pleased with the easy-to-understand content. This was great buy!
