I did not receive the parcel. The delivery address was not updated, although I changed it.

Their products do exactly as promised. My clients leave with beautiful lashes everytime! Repeat business every time! Customer service reached because they were out of sachets, asked if bottles were acceptable replacement and got it shipped in time for client a few days later. I do prefer sachets because I can get a couple lifts from each whereas the bottles have to be used in 3 mon or less.
