Blurry

I appreciated the initial email saying that my first picture would come out blurry and to send another one; after going back and forth a few times I was told the most recent picture I sent was good. Once I received both heads (2 different pictures), they were both blurry and looked terrible. I ended up not using them and made my own with my printer and laminater. At the time of ordering customer service was great at getting back to me; now I have emailed them 3 times asking for a refund for the blurry photos and no one has gotten back to me.

This product was perfect. Came exactly as I expected. Was super helpful when exploring nyc with my big family.

My only feedback for your website, you should include some photos with people that had long hair in their head on a stick. I had absolutely no idea if it would turn out with the long hair or not! It did! But people might be scared to buy with no examples.
