Great design. Bad finish.

Bought these pieces to give as gifts. They are beautifully designed and exhibit great craftsmanship. However, the finish on the copper "bowls" of both of the serving spoons are discolored and rough. Before I can present these, I'll need to polish them, which I had not imagined I'd have to do. Hope I've bought the best brand for doing the job.

Beautiful Ladle

The soup ladle I ordered is lovely however I did not pay for expedited shipping. It took a month to receive my order which bounced back and forth between the same distribution centers 5 times before it was finally sent to the right one. I strongly recommend that it be mentioned that you recommend expedited shipping or risk not receiving your item on time.
