My Jade pothos arrived severely affected by the heat and I lost a lot of the growth. Cut it back to its roots and hoping for the best. However upon learning this Rachel Brumley has sent a replacement. Thank you for this.

My brother unexpectedly went out of town on the days when the plant was to arrive. I called customer service and she happily postponed the delivery. Plant arrived healthy and in great shape.
