Weighted Eye Pillow

A calming addition to our prison yoga classes

I purchased these weighted eye pillows for the men I teach yoga to in a high-security prison in New Zealand. We use them during reclined meditation at the end of each class, and they have had a noticeably calming effect. The gentle weight helps the men settle and relax, while the eye pillows also block out the harsh fluorescent lighting in the prison environment. They have become a valuable part of our practice and are very appreciated by the students. I am also very grateful to Chris and Sarah for helping me choose the right option for our needs.
