Excellent bit of kit it's so easy to measure your fish with the ruler on the rod prior to release

My intention was to stick one on my landing net handle and one on a rod butt and then varnish over them afterwards. I went to unpeal both measures at the end of the tape and found they were both split for several inches lengthwise. I could not use them. I couldn't be be bothered to return them so I through in my waste bin, obviously I wasn't happy!

I was surprised just how easy it was to apply it to my 3# trout rod. It looks very robust through I won’t be using it until the new season.
