Welding World Fixie Deluxe Stage II GT Leaning Post

Post is not yet installed, working on removing old seat. Also I did not get the bottle opener on the side as pictured ?

Have some gripes. 1. Asked for the Matte Black powder coating, but received the gloss black. I don’t mind the look of the gloss so, not actually a big deal for me. 2. The foot rest has no buffer between it and the leaning post legs when it is folded into the up position. It SHOWED UP with spots on either side of the footrest that look like they have been banged up. I can’t imagine that this won’t chip the powder coat with continued use so I had to wrap the foot rest with paracord to ensure this does not happen. I don’t understand how this isn’t an already recognized design flaw.
