Flavor is lacking and product was hard

The Taffy arrived intact. Flavors are good. The cherry taffy not so good. It doesn’t hold its shape. It’s more on the melty side and sticks to the wrapper when I try to remove it. The more I try to remove it from the wrapper the more it smears. The other two flavors are good.
