Silk + Pendelton Wool Sleep Mask

So worth it.

This is my first time using a sleep mask, and it’s been so helpful blocking out morning and evening light (especially at this latitude). I’ve slept up until my alarm all week, which doesn’t usually happen in the warmer months. The mask is really well-made and cool to the face. Loved the local pick-up system :)

So comfortable, great quality, adjustable straps. I’ve been sleeping great with my new sleep mask. I’ve used these for years and my old cheap one was getting pretty grubby. This was a splurge for me that was worth every cent.

This is the first time I've found a sleep mask that actually works for me. Ahhhhh. It's incredibly comfortable, even for side sleeping. I sleep better with it and I love the way it blocks light if I'm taking a nap during the day in our bright bedroom, or if I go to sleep before my husband and the light is still on. It's just so comfy cozy and lovely to look at, and it feels like I'm training my body to know that putting it on means it's time to sleep.
