Don't stand behind products

I've ordered from Groovy guy gifts about 4-5 times now. Up until recently I was actually really impressed. Haven't had any issues until recently. The engraved knife and box I got this time was much lower quality. Horrible engraving. I contacted them and sent several pics. All they did was give me 25% off. I didn't want a refund. I wanted to send it back, and have them replace it. As I said, I've not had any issues with the other knifes. I was told since it was natural wood they couldn't offer free replacements. This knife and box shouldn't have even been sent to me it looks so bad. It stinks because up until now I've received good products, and unfortunately this one wasn't. The fact that they don't stand behind the quality of the products they are sending out is why I won't buy from them again. I've added some pics and as you will see one looks great. The other you can't hardly read.
