Pretty Sign - So-So Quality

We purchased a name sign for our daughter back in 2022 from your company and it was absolutely immaculate, it still looks perfect today! Because of that great experience, when we found out we were expecting our second child, the very first thing we wanted was another name sign! When we received this name sign for our daughter that is on the way, the sign design is still beautiful like the first, but the quality is not quite what we were expecting or similar to the first sign we received. The wood on this sign is much thinner, the wood is rough-feeling and the plank-style grooves that gave our first sign such a unique, beautiful look are barely visible in the second. That detail was one of our favorite features, and it really made the first sign stand out. It just looks and feels like it was made with less quality and care than the first. While this sign is still lovely, we were hoping for the same quality and craftsmanship we experienced with our first purchase.

Beautifully designed

Purchased this sign for a buyer as a housewarming and they absolutely loved it. Will be purchasing more.

Arrived broken

Unfortunately the sign arrived broken. The letter E was significantly crooked. I had to remove the letter and re glue it, which resulted in chipping the paint. I had to order special wood glue, as a hot glue gun would not work. The letter N was missing. I found it floating in the packaging and was able to glue it back on. There is also no way to hang the sign. I needed to purchase those separately for the back of the sign.
