if I were to just choose either the mat or the pillow, id prioritize the mat but the pillow is a nice addition for any upper shoulder or scalp tension relief. I wish it got a little deeper into my neck area but it's pretty flexible and nice to use on the couch or while sitting in a chair during the day

As someone who is constantly reading for work (and for pleasure), the Premium Acupressure Pillow has done wonders to relax the tight muscles around my neck, upper-back, and shoulders. I've done everything to ease the tension (hot/cold therapy, stretching, neck supports), and nothing has been as effective as doing a 15-20 minute morning session and a 25-30 minute afternoon session everyday, sometimes skipping the afternoon session. There's seriously nothing like starting the day with this pillow (and mat).

Premium Acupressure Pillow

The pillow is good quality and nice to use on neck and shoulders. I only used it once so far, but am happy with it. Its not as powerful as the mat for instant relief though in my opinion.
