WOW! My pillow is awesome & beautifully made! The spikes (for me) definitely take time to adjust to! But once you do WOW….the results are amazing! Yoga breathing and total relaxation is very helpful! The level of sleep I get is very very deep and satisfying! I highly recommend and will be purchasing the mat to match my wonderful pillow! I love how I can move the pillow around into different positions for maximum comfort. It also works great form my arms and legs when I want to target another specific area. 10/10 would recommend

I'm still a bit surprised by how obsessed I am with this pillow. It's sumptuous to touch and it feels so relaxing to use . I love how you can mold the filling to change the shape of it - I'm able to accentuate the curve of my cervical spine or nuzzle it more up into the base of my skull into my sub occitals depending on what's hurting. The blue color is a beautiful cool shade and the screenprint on the back looks well made.
