At first I was skeptical about the smoothness of the PEX but oh man I was wrong! The first layer sticks like nobody's business leaving a first layer that is literally a mirror. The print releases easily even at 40°C if you flex the plate a little bit. When the bed cools completely the print holds itself just with static. You don't need glue with PLA. Just wipe the surface with IPA every 2-3 prints
