Must Have For The Perpetually Barefoot

I rarely wear actual shoes, and with going barefoot at home and wearing Birkenstocks for work my heels are constantly dry, calloused, and deeply cracked without intervention. If I'm consistent about using the foot file at least once a week (on dry skin works best for me), and with applying the balm after showering in the evening, I can keep the cracks to a minimum and soft enough to not be unsightly. I'd have to remove about a quarter inch of flesh all round to completely get rid of them, but this duo keeps them under control so I can wear sandals without being embarrassed of my feet!

I love everything by this brand. My sister gifted me for Christmas with a bunch of stuff from this company. I havent used the foot file yet but the heel balm is so good!

I DID wonder what this delicate file could possibly do that a nail tech with an illegal foot razor couldn't. But I trust the process and bought it anyway and damn, the answer is: EVERYTHING. Even when used sporadically, this makes a difference, but when used 3 x a week with the heel balm, it leaves my heels soft and smooth year-round. I've tried it wet or dry and prefer to use it dry. It's truly incredible.
