What a blessing!!!
I can’t thank you enough for this resource! For years, my biggest stressor was what to make for dinner and being too tired after work to cook. I just made all the meals in the summer meal guide and it feels like all the weight is off my shoulders now. I can now spend more time with family and doing things I enjoy knowing I we can just take out a meal, defrost, and it’s read in just 15 minutes!!!! THANK YOU:) - Noreen (Now a happier mom!)

No more Mental Overload!!!
As a busy mom per married to a police officer that works crazy shift work, There’s nothing more frustrating than the amount of mental load that gets put on me. I was at my wits and trying to figure out what to feed everybody each night feeling like a complete failure, feeling uninspired, And had zero desire to put in any effort to the meals that I did try to make. It wasn’t from a lack of trying. It was complete mental overload. My mind was full of so many to dues and places to go in appointments to remember that trying to figure out a simple meal for my family felt like too much. I have volume one and two of these freezer meals and it has been an absolute lifesaver and mental self-care for me. The only thing I need to remember now is setting in my calendar reminders when I need to shop for the next one and just pulling the next meal out of the freezer The night before. Life has never felt so free as it does right now. Thank you so much for putting this together. To add an additional note, I have tried other previous freezer meal plans being left disappointed with the bland recipes, the mushy overcooked food, and the lack of inspiration behind them. This meal plan has been absolutely amazing and offers so much variety. I’m never bored.
