Great service and product. We use the auto mode to control barking. Works great, gives warning sound prior to static shock so dog understands and stops barking at warning sound. Dog not stressed by it.

After the clip on our first collar broke & we lost it we purchased an extra collar that works very well, although the cost was similar to the new price of a total collar & transmitter kit.
