AMAZING products and customer service!!

I initially purchased the Heria 35lb weighted vest back in 2021. After several years of use, the velcro on the strap finally started to wear and not adhere very well. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a brand new replacement strap within just a few days! I cannot say enough good things about the quality of Heria's product line as well as the customer service. There may be other weighted vests out there, but Heria's line is top notch all around!

The item shown on the website is not what I received, I sent several emails regarding this issue and was told they would check on it and it’s been over a week and still nothing.
