We've bought this bubble machine kit for our grandson's 6th birthday. He loves making things and knowing how they work and, of course, he loves bubbles! We're sure he's going to have great fun constructing it.

This kit made a good Christmas present, and our granddaughter enjoyed assembling it with a little adult help. There are a couple of errors in the assembly instruction illustrations, but she soon spotted those and we were able to work around them. The bubble mixture had to be made up twice, as the 'eco' detergent we first tried didn't work, probably because it lacked foaming agent, but once 'traditional' detergent was used, the bubbles flew everywhere! Instructions should note this. Looking forward to trying it in the garden in summer!
