ANCEL X7 OBD2 Scanner Full System Action Test Maintenance/Special Functions for 86 Brands

Very disappointed with ANCEL. I needed a replacement OBD-II to VCI cable for my ANCEL X7, and the OEM price is £61, supposedly reduced from £113. For what appears to be a simple cable with no obvious built-in electronics, this price feels extortionate. It is one of the most basic accessories needed to keep the scanner working, yet ANCEL appears to be charging a premium simply because customers have little choice. The tablet also has an email function for sharing diagnostic reports, but this does not work. That is a key feature for anyone who wants to send reports, document faults, or maintain service records, so it is very frustrating when it fails. The scanner itself may be useful, but the overall experience is spoiled by overpriced replacement accessories and unreliable built-in functionality. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend ANCEL.
