very cool--hole for stick is just a bit small

I got this as a gift for my boyfriend and he really likes it! The only thing is that the hole for the incense is unfortunately quite small and doesn't fit the incense perfectly despite it being a pretty standard Japanese incense stick (but it still works if you apply a little more force to make it fit). Ultimately a very cool piece, and the option to include the tray to catch the ash was super helpful!

beautiful - some limits in function

this is gorgeous! Four stars instead of five because the incense breaks off in the hole and is difficult to get out. We’ve been able to get it out with a tweezer, but ever since the first time we used it there’s been a tiny bit lodged deep in the hole that we can’t get out. Also, the tray is not sized to the incense from Kin, so the sticks hang over the side and drop ash outside of it for the first while that it’s burning. Our solve has been to break them in half, which works, but for the price I’d be expecting them to consider both these aspects in the design!
