Perfect ring and fantastic customer service

After searching for a ring for months, I ultimately went with Everelle due to their unique designs and the positive feedback they have garnered online through their work with lab diamonds. I am happy to report that my experience with them was every bit as positive as the reviews had me believe. Sheraton was able to answer all of my questions and gave me all of the information I needed while also keeping this a stress-free process. They were able to accommodate the upgraded carat size I requested on their Audrey design, and my fiancée can’t stop staring at it. The ring is perfect and the website photos gave a great idea of what to expect once the ring was in hand. The customer service was also next to none. I submitted my custom ring form on a Sunday and Sheraton was following up with me within the hour to get clarifying details and get the process started. Any time I reached out I always received a response the same day, if not immediately. On top of that, I initially did not provide a date that I needed the ring to be complete - yet when a perfect proposal opportunity fell into my lap, they were able to expedite the progress of the ring and send it to me a week earlier than they initially indicated it would be ready. This enabled me to have the ring in time for our last minute trip and we got our ideal proposal thanks largely to the efforts of Everelle. The diamond is amazing, and the process of picking the center stone was equal parts effortless and self-assuring. Since I got to see every spec of the proposed stones before making my final choice, I felt confident (without even seeing the actual ring) that it would look exactly how we wanted/imagined. My fiancée also loved the included bag and uses it regularly to store her ring when she is in the shower, etc. I thought that was a great touch, in addition to the beautiful box the ring came in. As the proposer, I will say that I wish the box had a hinge for ease in the moment. Nevertheless, the box itself is beautiful and my fiancée uses it as her bedside ring storage/display, with the lid off. I would (and have) recommend Everelle to anyone wanting to go lab grown for their engagement ring diamond(s). Their connections and pricing enabled me to get an even bigger stone than what I thought was in my budget. On top of that, the customer service was second to none and I can’t imagine an easier ring buying process. Thank you Sheraton and the Everelle team for all of your efforts!
