Fountain Pen Ink - 08 Loch Ness

Murky grey

I was disappointed with this colour, I was expecting it to be like a teal colour. When using it for writing it’s more like a murky grey, neither blue nor black, nor green. It’s a stronger colour when used for colouring but that’s wasn’t my purpose. I wish I had been able to purchase a small bottle as it’s a waste of money for me.

How I love what you do!

How can you make the most common and functional thing stand out. As a product, the overall experience that you have curated is so beautiful. From the way the Ads are pitched, the user experience on the website, I am tempted to consider all options, the journey of choosing and ordering, personalisation being such a brilliant touch along the way, the packaging and the unboxing. This alone deserves a huge applause, for your creative and thoughtful design and execution. And then you overdeliver with the goodies and presentation. By the time I hold the pen, fill the ink and get down to writing, I have built a conscious connection. And this is rare with someting as banal as a pen. And the pen, Wren in my case is a joy. I have been using it every day since. It gets all the attention. I pick it up and scribble a lot more, just because I now enjoy that tactile experience, due to an almost intuitively perfect fit and beautiful to look finish. I wish it did not roll as much though. You have created a great product and business. I wish you more success. I don't really need another pen, but that has not stopped me from dreaming about the Lumos now :). - Deepak

Really beautiful ink! I’m not super experienced with colored fountain pen ink so I can’t really compare it with anything, but I really like it! Also the free teabag that came with the order was great and much appreciated!
