I had to pay for the return both times. The first time I sent the original jacket back called them and asked for a return label they said I had to pay for it and that they could not send another until they received it. I ordered a second one 1 size up sent the other back when they received it, they shipped another one out 0 charge but i have to pay to ship this back now. I do not recommend them unless you have the money to return.
