I'm a long time coffee consumer but recently jumped into the world of making espresso. Brewing espresso opened my eyes to the world of coffee and all of its amazing palate of flavors. Who knew? For me, after searching around for several months, I settled in on Clodhopper. My first experience was a cortado from their store. With notes of raisons, apricots, chocolate and cocoa -- I was gone into my own little corner of the world. When I started making espressos, macchiatos and cortados at home, I realized just how great this blend is. It makes a killer stand alone espresso and the beans are a natural with milk. The art of coffee roasting/blending is alive and well in Eugene!
