Just starting this supplement. A pill a day so far. Hard to say if it is helping a lot so far but i am not negatively reacting to it either. See what its like in a few weeks.

Great Supplement for Allergies
Started taking this as an alternative to the usual allergy pills. Helped relieved my seasonal allergy symptoms. Was given direction to start taking them approximately a month before allergy season for full effectiveness. Would definitely recommend adding them to your regiment in battling your allergies!

Great Allergy Relief
