Voodoo Hoodoo Samsung Case

They sent me the wrong item then I had to do all the leg work on returning their mistake BEFORE I could get my correct paid for item! Unbelievable. Still in the process of waiting for them to send me a paid return label before they'll send me my item. Absolutely shocked by their ruining a customer over a what? At most a 12 to 16 dollar item?? Just unbelievable!
