Wish I got this when I started

Lots on this. Takedowns, darces from various positions, kimuras from various positions, a bottom side control escape with some finishes, some omoplata stuff, rear naked choke finishes and escapes. Only thing it really missed covering was guard passes. PROS: It's a good tape. Covers a lot. Good detail. Well organized and explained. CONS: If you have been training a while or own a lot of other other videos you've probably seen a lot of this. I wish I had this earlier in my bjj career. Would have given me a lot to play with.
