Fun piece for the collection...Arrived timely and safe

This was purchased as a gift. It arrived timely and packaged as expected. The piece is fun and vibrant...just as seen in the website images. We collect another Department 56 village. While the more recent Dept 56 pieces are packaged in improvee styrofoam, the boxes are not built well. They are so thin and seem to be built for discarding. If you are intending to put your pieces back in the box every year for storage/collection purposes (of course you are!), be careful when opening!

Love it!

I was a little concerned when I received my box. The actual box was ripped and tattered but the product was fine. It so much prettier in person and I am ready to add more to my collection!
