These are perfect
I have the skating pond and would regularly "steal" the snowman and dog for my Dicken's Village display. I can now have the snowman and dog in both locations! The new figurines are almost identical to the original pair. The only difference is the color of the scarf on the snowman. The original has a bright red scarf and the new snowman's scarf is a dark red. It doesn't matter to me. I love having found the new addition to my village!

Long lost snowman is not found thanks to your wonderful replacement parts!
We lost the snowman from our ice skating pond set 20 years ago. I thought all hope was gone of it ever turning up, and then on whim, I decided to look online to see if Dept 56 had the snowman as a replacement part. Happy ending! And also a testament to Dept 56 craftsmanship that the ice rink still works after all this time that they would still supply pieces for this classic piece :)
