I had bout the building second hand and it did not come with the sign. So glad Department 56 had a replacement available. It was the perfect final touch.

I lost the original banner for my Arts building and this banner is a perfect replacement.

The commenting "rods" and framework are so fragile they break after a few years Also, I have other signs that appear to not be available to replace
