I do seem to sleep more deeply. That was my major issue before deciding to buy this. I hope it continues as I see its effectiveness as I go through my cycle a couple of times. I also seem more calm and measured, which is a nice change in the chaos of parenting teens!

I don’t think I have used it long enough for any noticeable effect. But I like that is a natural product. Very creamy and nice.
