I ordered this and when it came the hinge was off set and I couldn't get it closed. UBJ's customer service was super helpful and sent me a replacement. I got the replacement closed first try and I love it.

What’s not to Love

Tried the 8mm diameter and it fits great. Nice and snug, very comfortable. The braided texture looks nice. Easy to put in and remove.
