Unfinished 25 Days WITH Christ Ornament Kit

I'm so glad I purchased this. It came so much faster than I was expecting, and I'm looking forward to finishing it to use next year!!

Great ornament kit, but only Northern European portrayal of Jesus offered

I purchased the unfinished ornaments because I didn't want my ornaments to be portraying only Northern European features as biblical. I hoped I could pay less to get the version without the book because again, I don't like the implications of Northern European portrayals of Jesus. Unfortunately, it seemed like the version with the Good Shepherd book was the only option. Ultimately, I enjoyed painting the ornaments for my children and I like the booklet with the scripture verses and the questions. It has been a wonderful way to bring Christ into our Christmas celebration. Hopefully in the future there can be more appropriate illustrations of Jesus available in the books or an option to not get the book.

This kit is already my favorite Christmas tradition and we haven’t started it yet. It’s so well done and thoughtful and I love the conversation starters for us to have deeper conversations about Christ during the holiday season.
