I love the neoprene waist trainer! I have been using the 8” for about 2 years and just received the 10”. I’m really liking the extra coverage! I also ordered the next size down to get this waist snatched!

Really love this for cardio! I’ve always been skeptical of using anything like this, but it’s made a big difference in how much I sweat and get my heart rate up during cardio. Usually my heart rate is around 120, but it’s been close to 140 every time I’ve used my trainer and that makes a big difference. Also, it’s very comfortable and I am someone who hates shapewear and waist trainers so that’s really saying something.

I got recommended a l since I am in between sizes. I can’t even close the trainer plus the recommended 10 in seems too short but I can’t send it back since I took the tags off
