The wiring went bad in my old unit so I purchased this replacement unit and it is a perfect fit for my Grimsley Manor building. If your piece id no longer lighting properly and the sound is going out then I defineiely reccomend this unit as a replacement.

PERFECT! A MUST HAVE!

I’ve been looking for this replacement piece for years for our Grimsly Manor. This is perfect! The sound effects are great & so are the lightning flashes and other effects. There is a volume control on the bottom of the piece so you can turn the sound off, on low, or on high. This was packaged well & shipped immediately. I received it within a day or two. Fantastic replacement piece as it really makes “the manor” spooky & adds to the look & sound of the entire town.
