2024 Orion e20X 20" 500W 48V 8ah Electric Balance

Not as described. Nice bike but says 120 minutes charging and its at least double that. Fully charged brand new. Rode for 2 and half hours-15 miles. Completely dead. Was charging for over 4 hours last night before i fell asleep so I’m not sure how long it actually took. But description says-4 hour run time, over 20 miles and 120 minute charging. All wrong. The ordering experience from Jdubs was great no complaints there and the bike is much nicer than the stacyc we had but the battery and charging was pretty disappointing but again way better than the stacyc my son had prior.

2024 e20X

The e20X seems to be a little better made than the Electrode 16 it is replacing. I don’t know if it’s the battery type, but this thing takes forever to charge. Manual says 2-4 but it’s more like 5-6. It does seem to stay charge for a few days of riding for my son. The terrain is not all flat either. Also these things will scoot!!! The battery is pretty much toast once the life indicator hits 3 for about 15 minutes. He can barely get it to the garage at that point. We happy with the 16 & 20 just wish you could use the bike more after the battery hits the half way point. It is pretty much done by then.

JDubs was awesome to work with! We purchased e-bike a week before Christmas & since we live in Hawai’i sometimes shipping can take a while. Well I got lucky! This bike came within a few days & we assembled it pretty easily with the instructions & YouTube videos. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact JDubs again to purchase any ebike, they were very knowledgeable and transaction was super easy!
