Airweave products are great, the company is even better

We have enjoyed airweave products for 9 years now. We already own a mattress and futon, both going strong after all this time. We made the mistake of buying less expensive futons for a 2 year assignment in Japan. They started to fail after about 6 months and we started to have really bad back pain and loss of sleep. Since we had shipped a CalKing bed to Japan due to needing the extra length, we couldn't replace the futons in Japan. I reached out to airweave in the USA and asked if they could ship a US sized CalKing mattress direct from the factory in Japan. They said to give them a couple of days to see what is possible. A couple of days later I received a phone call saying that yes it can be done but I needed to pay for everything via the US as the Japan system doesn't carry the same products. No problem for us so we said yes. They processed the payment and handed me over to a Japan based, English speaking colleague to handle the rest of the process. A few weeks later I received a call from Yotaro at the factory in Japan to set up delivery of the new mattress. He got everything organized and we received our new mattress. The factory had one part incorrect, the fire retardant layer required only in the US but Yataro handled this too with ease and humor. We are really enjoying our new airweave mattress thank to the outstanding service from the employees in both the USA and Japan.
