JACQUELINE GOWN EMERALD

I usually love these dresses but this time the dress had to be returned. The fit was lovely and the length was great on my daughter. Unfortunatley the front detail stitching was poorly done and not lined up so the borders did not show the beautiful tree like effect on the front of the dress but a mess of scalloped llines and sequins. I was suprised that it did not get flagged by quality control. I was also shocked by a 15 dollar restocking fee even when it was not our fault but the quality that made us have to send it back. I have had such a good experience in the past so i wonder what happened here.
