Too large at the calf. Floating around in the shoe

Returned boots as not colour I wanted. BootBut have not yet received my money back . Sent boots back 8 th December 2.5 weeks ago. No word to say been received? contact customer service who advised would be in contact and still nothing. Lovely boots but not great customer service.
