It is indeed VERY small, smaller than it looks on pictures. I put it in my helix so I'm ok w it. Tho the heart is not visible due to the angle. I like it, it's cute)

The heart bead makes it extremely tight and uncomfortable, the placement of the heart makes it really hard to open and close the clicker too. In the pictures on their websites it looks like the heart sits in the middle of the opening part, but actually it is at the edge of the clicker so it was very painful to open the ring and remove it from my septum.
